Deadlift 5RM (Add 10 lbs from previous week)

5 rounds for time of:
3 Power Snatches, pick load
9 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
12 Lateral Hops

Power snatch should be approximately 85% of 2RM. For lateral hops, use 12″ parallette or similar device.
