Shoulder Press 5-5-5 (Add 2.5 lbs from previous week)

9-6-3 reps, for time of:
Power Clean, pick load
Front Squat, pick load
Ring Dip
Rest 3 mins

Use 60% of last set of 5 back squats from today. Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
