Shoulder Press 5-5-5 (Add 2.5 lbs from previous week)

Every 1 min for 10 mins do:
3 Burpees
Supine Ring Pull Up (ring row)

Every 60 seconds perform 3 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many supine ring pull ups as you can during the time period.
