Shoulder Press 5-5-5 (Add 2.5 lbs from previous week)

4 rounds for max reps of:
Shuttle Run, 200 yd
max rep Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs

You have 2 minutes to perform each round.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
For shuttle, sprint 100 yards, touch and sprint back.
