Run, 400 m
30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
30 Wall Balls, 20/15 lbs
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A performs the run while Partner B rests.
Partner B performs the box jumps while Partner A rests.
Partner A performs the wall balls while Partner B rests.
Continue this pattern until the time cap is reached.
