Partner 1 will row 27 calories while Partner 2 completes AMRep thrusters. Switch positions after completing the row. Partner 2 will then row 27 calories while Partner 1 completes AMRep thrusters. Switch positions again and do the same for 21 calories, then 15 calories, and finally 9 calories. Thrusters can only be completed while one partner is rowing. Each partner should row 4 times and complete thrusters 4 times.

Score is total number of thrusters accumulated as a team.
