Run, 400 m
One Arm Kettlebell Snatch, 1.5/1 pood
Run, 400 m
100 Deadlifts, 225/135 lbs
Run, 400 m
100 Burpees

Complete in teams of 2. 400 m runs are completed together. All other movements are completed with 1 person working at a time to complete the total number of reps. Change your own weights between the walking lunges and deadlifts.
