Complete in teams of 2 with only 1 person working at any time. Divide reps as needed. 1 mile run must be completed together.

100 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
90 Burpees
80 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
70 Pull-ups
60 Push Jerks, 135/95 lbs
